Ministry of Youth calls students to stop hunger strike

"At the same time, they noted the necessity of a "fair resolution" of the problem between students and universities," the statement said.

As a state organ responsible to the youth policy, the Ministry states that political views of youth should not be grounds for violation of their right for education. At the same time, the MYST states about inadmissibility of politicization of students' expulsion for "not fulfilling their academic duties" the document states.

As Turan reports, the Ministry calls youth activists to stop the hunger strike, and call the university rectors to solve the problem fairly.
