European Union banned fowl exports from Azerbaijan

European Union has imposed a ban on fowl exports from Azerbaijan.

This step was taken because of intensification of preventive measures against “Bird Flu” found in Turkey. According to the information eastern bureau of APA, besides Azerbaijan other countries bordering on Turkey such as Armenia, Iraq, Iran, Georgia and Syria have faced such restrictions. It is not exactly known when the restrictions will be lifted.
