The US President George Bush sends congratulation message to Ilham Aliyev

According to the information APA received by the President’s press service, President George Bush congratulates President Ilham Aliyev and Azerbaijani citizens on behalf of American people in the letter: “This holiday in which the tradition of cutting a sacrifice for God enables us to celebrate our belief to religion in all forms”. It is also stated in the letter that, the United States highly appreciates its relations with Azerbaijan and is devoted to grant its assistances to government of Azerbaijan for developing its political and economical institutions: “I sincerely wish to further continue our joint activity in supporting human rights, as well as freedom of religion in Azerbaijan”.

It should be noted that, Turkish President Ahmad Nejdat Sezar and Turkish Prime Minister Rajab Tayyib Erdogan also sent congratulation message to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the holy Gurban holiday.
