Statue for Heydar Aliyev is set up in the center of Baku

In the park situating in front of the palace, after Heydar Aliyev statue for late president Heydar Aliyev is set up.

The statue has been prepared in Moscow by famous sculptors of Russia. Currently construction-restoration works are held in the area. The process of construction of modern fountain, planting trees and bushes of various kinds is accelerated.

Construction works held directly under the control of Hajibala Abutalibov-head of the executive power of Baku city are expected to be over in a few months and the opening ceremony is expected to be on the day of birth of Heydar Aliyev. /APA/
