Azerbaijan-Iran shake hands for medical co-op

Azerbaijan Medical University's (AMU) Microbiology and Immunology Department and the Children's Medical Centre of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences signed a cooperation agreement on Nov. 20.

The head of the AMU Microbiology and Immunology Department, Professor Gulnare Nasrullayeva signed the agreement on behalf of Azerbaijan, the Iranian university's website said.

The parties agreed on cooperation in education, scientific research and scientist exchange as well as in other spheres.
