No precipitation, cloudy weather to dominate

Dominantly cloudy üeather will be without precipitations in Baku and Absheron peninsula on November 16 as the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports. Northern wind is going to be followed by southern blow in the noon. The temperature will be +7-9C at night and +11-13C in the noon.

Azerbaijani regions will have dry and misty weather, rain will be seen in mountainous and foothills region. Eastern wind to blow and strengthen off and on. The temperature will be +3-8C at night and +13-18C in the afternoon, while +0-4C in mountains at night and +4-9C in the noon.
