Dominantly cloudy weather to be observed in country territory, no precipitation

According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Baku and Abhseron peninsula will have changeable cloudy and chiefly rainless weather. Mist is not excluded in some places in the morning, while cloudiness increase towards the evening on November 2. Mild southern wind to blow. The temperature will be +10-14C at night and +18-23C in the noon.

Mostly rainless weather is going to be accompanied fog and haze in several areas in the morning and at night. Eastern wind to waft. The temperature will be +8-13C at night and +19-24C in the afternoon, while +2-7C in mountains at night and +12-17C in the noon.
