Gloomy and cloudy weather to be observed with precipitation

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be variable cloudy with chiefly dry course. Nevertheless, it will overcast in the evening and followed by rain in some places towards the night in Baku and Absheron peninsula on October 23. North-western wind to strengthen off and on in the evening. The temperature will be +9-12C at night and  +18-23C in the noon.

Weather is going to be rainless with the mist in separate places. Rain will be observed starting from the country’s northern regions on October 23. Western wind  to blow and intensify. The temperature will be +9-14C at night and +19-24C in the afternoon, while +2-6C in mountains at night and +12-17C in the noon.
