Weather cools down, precipitation expected

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts short-term rain in some places of Baku and Absheron peninsula from September 23 night to 24. Rain will discontinue and weather will be mostly rainless with changeable cloudy course on September 24. South-western wind to blow and infrequently intensify.
The temperature will be +17-20C at night and +23-28 in the noon.

As some regions are going to have rainy weather from September 23 night to 24, afternoon expected to be chiefly dry. Soft western wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +15-19C at night, +24-29C in the afternoon, while +5-10C in mountains at night and +13-18 in the afternoon.

Meteosensitive people can feel uncomfortable due to atmospheric pressure below the norm and intermittently strengthening Khazri wind on September 24. They will get the convenient feeling back as weak and gentle fluctuation of meteorological determinants will be observed on September 25. Nevertheless, sharp increase of atmospheric pressure and strong Khazri wind will make meteosensitive people feel inconvenient.
