Dry and mild course of weather to keep on today

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts rainless and volatile cloudy weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula on September 19. Cloudiness may increase towards evening. Soft north-western wind to be followed by southern blow in the noon.
The temperature will be +18-21C at night and +24-29 in the noon.
Sea water temperature will be +21-24C at Absheron beaches.

Chiefly rainless weather to be observed in Azerbaijani regions on Sept. 19.  Nonetheless lightning and short-term rain are not excluded in some mountainous regions at night and in the evening. Eastern wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +18-23C at night, +28-33C in the afternoon, while +9-14C in mountains at night and +20-25 in the afternoon.
