Weather to be mild and sunny

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts volatile cloudy weather to be sometimes gloomy and mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula on September 14.  Northern wind wind to be followed by south-eastern blow in the noon.
The temperature will be +18-21C at night and +25-29 in the noon.
Sea water temperature will be +22-25C at Absheron beaches.

Some mountainous and foothills regions are going to have rain against the backdrop of chiefly dry condition of weather. Mist will be seen in separate places in the morning. Eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be  +17-22C at night, +24-29C in the afternoon, while +7-12C in mountains at night and +18-23 in the afternoon.
