Cool and cloudy weather to be main for today

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be variable nebulous, intermittently gloomy nd rainless throughout the day on September 11 in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Soft north-western wind to be followed by south-eastern blow in the noon.
The temperature will be +16-19C at night and +21-25 in the noon.
Sea water temperature will be +21-24C at Absheron beaches.

Some regions are going to have a rainy day. Eastern wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +15-20C at night, +23-28C in the afternoon, while +6-11C in mountains at night and +14-19 in the afternoon.
