Changeable cloudy and gloomy weather to be seen

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the main course of the weather to be changeable cloudy, intermittently gloomy on September 3 in Baku and Absheron peninsula. No precipitation expected. Soft north-western wind to waft.
The temperature will be +19-24C at night, +27-32C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +24-27C at Absheron beaches.

Weather id predicted to be rainy mostly in some foothills and highland regions of Azerbaijan at night and in the evening on September 3. Western wind will blow.
The temperature will be  +19-24C at night, +31-36C in the afternoon, while +10-15C in mountains at night and +20-25 in the afternoon.

Considerable fluctuation of the atmospheric pressure in Absheron peninsula until Sept 6 and strong Khazri wind on Sept 2 and 5 will be inconvenient for meteosensitive people.
