What weather expected in Ramadan holiday in Azerbaijan?

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be variable nebulous, intermittently gloomy in the main. Some places will have a short-term rain and lightning. in Baku and Absheron peninsula on August 8. Soft north-western wind to blow.
The temperature will be +18-23C at night, +25-30C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +23-26C at Absheron beaches.

Lightning and infrequent rain are expected in Azerbaijani regions beginning from the northern part of the country on August 8. Western wind to waft and interruptedly intensify.
The temperature will be  +18-23C at night, +27-32C in the afternoon, while +8-13C in mountains at night and +18-23 in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for Ramadan holiday
Short-term rain and lightning are predicted for the northern regions of Azerbaijan in the night of August 8 and for separate regions in the noon. Rain is going to turn into shower in mountainous and foothills regions in the evening.  
August 9 is going to be rainy in some regions of Azerbaijan at night and in the morning, while rain will gradually cease on August 10.
Weather is expected to be rainless in most of the Azerbaijani regions and temperature to rise 3-5C compared to previous days..
