Gloomy and rainy weather predicted today

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports the weather to be variable nebulous, intermittently gloomy, while rainy in some places at night and in the evening. Nevertheless, the main course of the weather is expected to be dry in Baku and Absheron peninsula. North-western wind to be followed by mild south-eastern wind in the noon.
The temperature will be +19-23C at night, +26-31C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +23-26C at Absheron beaches.

Lightning and interrupted rain is expected in the regions of Azerbaijan. Rain to fradually discontinue in the afternoon. Western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +18-23C at night, +28-33C in the afternoon, while +8-13C in mountains at night and +15-20 in the afternoon.
