Cloudy, warm weather to keep on, ne precipitation

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports the weather to be variable nebulous, interruptedly gloomy and dry in the main. North-eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +19-24 at night, +28-33C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +25-27C at Absheron beaches.

Although some places will have lightning, weather is going to be chiefly rainless in Azerbaijani regions. Eastern wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +19-24C at night, +30-35C, while +10-15C in mountains at night and +18-23 in the afternoon.
