Cloudy warm weather to dominate throughout day

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports the weather to be mostly rainless and volatile cloudy. Ifrequently intensifying north-western wind to blow.
The temperature will be +19-24 at night, +29-34C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +25-27C at Absheron beaches.

Some northern and western regions will have lightning and short-term rain in the evening and at night, while the course of the weather will be dry in the main. Interruptedly intensifying western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +19-24C at night, +30-35C, while +12-17C in mountains at night and +20-25 in the afternoon.
