Egyptian 'Democracy' magazine presents articel on Karabakh conflict

The 51th edition of the “Democracy” magazine of Egyptian AL-Ahram Centre for Political and Strategic Studies has published an article titled “Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and ways of settlement” by Sheima Abdussalam Ibrahim.

The author stresses that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not only a regional but also a global problem. The article also notes that 20 % of the Azerbaijani territory has been occupied by the Armenian Armed Forces and more than 1 million people became IDPs. The author says Armenia neglects four resolutions of the UN Security Council.

The article also states that Armenia`s non-constructive position damages the negotiations on the peaceful settlement of the conflict.
