Weather to be over-hot, advised not to stay outside

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports mostly rainless weather for today. Soft northern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +20-25 at night, +33-38C and up to +40C in some places in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +26-29C at Absheron beaches.

Mountainous and foothills regions will have lightning and short-term rain, while the main course of the weather will be dry in the main. Mild western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +20-25C at night, +35-40C and up to +42C in several areas in the afternoon, while +13-18C in mountains at night and +25-30 and up to +32C in different zones in the afternoon.

The abnormal weather condition expecyed in Baku and Abhseron peninsula on July 19 is unsuitable for people. It is not advised to stay outside in the afternoon.
