Chiefly rainless, warm weather to be seen in country

Weather to be chiefly rainless says the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Mild northern wind will blow in the noon. The temperature will be +20-25 at night, +33-38C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +26-28C at Absheron beaches.

Mountainous and foothills regions will have lightning and short-term rain against the backdrop of dry weather. Western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +19-24C at night, +33-38C and up to +40C in some places in the afternoon, while +13-18C in mountains at night and +23-28 in the afternoon.

Anomalistic and stagnant weather in Absheron peninsula on July 18 is deemed to be unsuitable for meteosensitive people.
