Typical summer weather to be observed today

Variable nebulous and mostly dry weather is forecasted by the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for today. North-western wind to be followed by south-eastern one.
The temperature will be +19-24 at night, +31-36C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +25-27C at Absheron beaches.

Mountainous and foothills regions will have lightning and short-term rain from July 12 nigh to 13. Chiefly rainless weather to be observed in the noon. Western wind will waft.
The temperature will be  +19-24C at night, +33-38C in the afternoon, while +11-16C in mountains at night and +22-27 in the afternoon.
