Rainless weather to dominate as temperature goes high

Volatile cloudy and mostly dry condition of weather is forecasted today for Baku and Absheron peninsula by the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Northern wind expected to blow.  
The temperature will be +19-24 at night, +33-38C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +25-27C at Absheron beaches.
 
Mostly dry weather is predicted for most of the regions while some parts of Major Caucasus will have lightning and short-term rain at night and in the evening. Velocity of the western wind will be 5-10m/sec.
The temperature will be  +20-25C at night, +35-40C in the afternoon, while +12-17C in mountains at night and +25-30 in the afternoon.
