Volatile cloudy weather to be mostly observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts the weather to be changeable cloudy rainless in the main in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Interrouptedly intensifying north-western wind to blow.  
The temperature will be +20-23 at night, +29-34C in the afternoon.
Sea water temperature will be +24-26C at Absheron beaches.
 
Mostly dry weather is predicted for most of the regions while some parts of Major and Minor Caucasus will have lightning and short-term rain at night and in the evening.  Western wind to blow and interruptedly intensify.
The temperature will be  +18-22C at night, +32-37C in the afternoon, while +11-16C in mountains at night and +21-26 in the afternoon.
