Ten people busted for illicitly crossing Azerbaijani-Iranian border

Iranian border guards detained ten people who were trying to illegally cross the Iranian-Azerbaijani border for the past three months, the official news website of Iran's Police police news center said on Tuesday.

According to the information, border guards of the Germi checkpoint detained these individuals when they were trying to smuggle 380 heads of cattle from Iran to Azerbaijan.

According to the information, the nationality of these people and their surnames were not announced.

A criminal case was filed towards the detainees.
