Int'l scientific conference due in Baku

Baku on Thursday will host an international scientific conference dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Acad. Vasim Mammadaliyev.

The two-day conference titled “Development ways of Azerbaijan’s oriental studies” will be organized by the Institute of the Oriental Studies of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The event will bring together more that 25 representatives from Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, as well 300 scientists.
