Warm weather forecasted, no precipitations

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to be changeable cloudy and dry in the main. Gentle south-eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +11-16C at night, +20-25 in the afternoon.
 
Chiefly rainless weather accompanied by the mist in some places ion the morning is expected for the regions of Azerbaijan. Eastern wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +11-16C at night, +22-27C in the afternoon, while 4-9 C in mountains at night and +14-19C in the afternoon.
