Weather to comperatively cool dwon

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to be changeable cloudy and infrequently gloomy along with the prediction of rain in some places in the morning and evening. Intermittently intensifying wind to blow.
The temperature will be +10-15C at night, +18-23 in the afternoon.
 
Lightning and rain are expected for the regions of Azerbaijan. Western wind will waft and interruptedly strengthen.
The temperature will be  +10-15C at night, +21-26C in the afternoon, while 7-12 C in mountains at night and +14-19C in the afternoon.
