Warm spring weather to be observed across country

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to be volatile cloudy and rainless in the main. Gentle northern wind will blow.
The temperature will be +8-13C at night, +20-25 in the afternoon.
 
Lightning and short-term are expected in some mountainous at night and in the morning against the backdrop of mostly dry weather  in the regions of Azerbaijan. Eastern wind to waft, fog to be observed in various areas in the morning.
The temperature will be  +9-14C at night, +24-29C and up to +32C in some areas in the afternoon, while +7-12C in mountains at night, +7 -12 C in high mountainous zones and +15-20 and up to +23C in several places  in the afternoon.
