Cloudy, gloomy weather forecasted

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that the weather is going to be volatile cloudy, while intermittently gloomy in the afternoon. Gentle northern wind will be followed by southern wind in noon.
The temperature will be +7-12C at night, +15-20  and up to +23C in the afternoon.
 
Fog is expected in some areas against the backdrop of mostly rainless weather  in the regions of Azerbaijan. Intermittently strengthening western wind to waft
The temperature will be  +7-12C at night, +20-25C and up to +28C in some areas in the afternoon, while +1-6C in mountains at night, -3 -8 C in high mountainous zones and +10-15 and up to +18C in several places  in the afternoon.
