Gloomy weather to dominate along with rain

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts that mainly gloomy weather will dominate along with a short-term rain in some places at night and in the morning. Soft north-eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +6-10C at night, +11-16 in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittently rainy weather will be observed.  Northern wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +6-11C at night, +13-18C in the afternoon, while from -4C to +1C in mountains at night, -4 -9 C in high mountainous zones and +1-5 in the afternoon.
