Preciipitations to keep in country

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts cloudy weather to dominate along with an intermittent rain followed by cease of rain in the afternoon. Soft north-eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be +4-8C at night, +9-14 in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of Azerbaijan, rain and snow are expected different regions. Waft of eastern wind to be deserved.
The temperature will be  +3-7C at night, +9-14C and up to +18C in the afternoon, while 0-5C in mountains at night, -5 -10 C in high mountainous zones and +2-6 in the afternoon.
