Shiny days forecatsed to be followed by rain

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that although the main course of the weather is going to be chiefly dry, short-term rain is expected to fall in some areas of the Absheron peninsula and gradually cease in the morning. Interruptedly intensifying western wind will soften in the afternoon.  
The temperature will be +6-9C at night, +14-19 in the afternoon.
 
As for the regions of short-term rain and lightning are predicted for some regions mainly at night and in the morning. Western wind will waft and infrequently strengthen at night and in the morning.
The temperature will be  +5-10C at night, +18-23C and up to +26 in some places, while  +3-8C in mountains at night, +10-15 and up to +18C in different areas in the afternoon.
