Weather to cool down,precipitation expected

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that the cloudy weather is forecasted to dominate along with an intermittent rain.  The temperature will be +12-15C in the first half of the day, but it will decrease about +4-6C due to intensification of the northern wind.
 
As to the regions of Azerbaijan , weather is going to be interruptedly rainy, while sleety, snowy in highland regions. Morning will be misty in different areas. Western wind to blow.
The temperature will be  +2-7C at night, +11-16C, while -2-7C in mountains at night, +0-5 and -2 in different areas in the afternoon.
