Cloudy, dry weather to be observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that variable nebulous and chiefly dry weather is what expected for Baku and Absheron peninsula on 8 of March. Weak fog will be observed in some places in the evening. South-western wind to blow.
The temperature will be +3-5 C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon.

As to the regions of Azerbaijan , mostly rainless weather is predicted along with mist in several areas at night and in the morning. Southern wind will waft.
The temperature will be from -1 to +4 at night, +10-15C and up to +17 in different places in the afternoon, while -5-10C in mountains at night, -13-18C at high mountainous regions, +3-8 in the afternoon.
