Azerbaijani scientist honored CIS Award

Director of the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS, correspondent member of ANAS Adil Garibov was awarded with the order by Mr. S. Lebedev, the chairman of Executive Committee of CIS States, for his contributions to the partnership development of CIS States on the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy.

According to science.gov.az, modern and international scientific researches are carried out on the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy, nuclear physics, nuclear and radiation safety, radioecology, nuclear and radioisotope technology`s and methods` application, acquire and use of nuclear knowledge, as well as the works are being conducted in the field of partnership with CIS states on the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy.
