Chiefly dry weather to be observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that while some places are going to face drizzly rain in the morning hours, weather will be changeable cloudy weather and dry in the day’s second half. Mild northern wind will be substituted by south-eastern wind.
The temperature will be +3-5C at night, +7-11C in the afternoon.

Regarding the regions of Azerbaijan , the weather is expected to be rainy in several places at bight and in the morning,sleety, snowy in foothills and mountainous areas. Rainless weather will be peculiar for the afternoon. Western wind to blow.
The temperature will be +1-6C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon,  while 0-5C in mountains at night, -8-13C at high mountainous regions, +4-9C in the afternoon.
