Mostly cloudy weather to be intermittently rainy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that while the main condition of weather is going to nebulous, drizzly rain will fall in some places along with changeable cloudiness and mostly dry weather. Fog is nor excepted in some places in the evening. Gentle  southern wind will blow.
The temperature will be +3-5C at night, +7-11C in the afternoon.

Regarding the regions of Azerbaijan , chiefly rainless weather is expected to be accompanied by mist in some areas at night and in the morning. Eastern regions can not escape the drizzly rain. Eastern wind to waft.
The temperature will be 1-6C at night, 8-13C in the afternoon,  while -2-7C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, +1-6C in the afternoon.
