Weather to be gloomy in the main

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that the weather is forecasted to be changeable cloudy, rainless in the main. Increase of overcast is expected towards the evening. Mild eastern wind to waft and strengthen in the evening off and on.
The temperature will be +3-6C at night, +6-11C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , the weather is going to be rainy from the western regions, while sleety, snowy in foothills and mountainous areas. Interruptedly intensifying western wind will blow.
The temperature will be +1-6C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon,  while -2-7C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, +1-6C in the afternoon.
