Gloomy weather to dominate

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that variable nebulous weather will be accompanied with an intermittent overcast and be mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Mild northern wind to blow..
The temperature will be +3-6C at night, +7-12C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , the weather is expected to be dry in the main. While fog and drizzle will visit some places. The blow of eastern wind will be observed.
The temperature will be +0-5C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon,  while -3-8C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, +0-5C in the afternoon.

Wet and windy weather from Feb.23 evening to 25 can make some meteosensitive people to feel inconvenient notwithstanding the auspicious weather condition and normal daily course of meteorological determinants on Feb.22 and Feb.23 afternoon.
