Day to be cloudy, rainy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that the daily course of weather is expected to be cloudy in the main, while rain is not excluded at night and in the morning. Variable nebulous and rainless weather will be observed throughout the day. Mild  north-eastern wind will blow.
The temperature will be +3-6C at night, +7-10C in the afternoon.

As to the regions of Azerbaijan , while precipitation is forecasted for some regions, sleet and snow will be mostly observed in the foothills and highland regions. Separate places will have mist.  Eastern wind to blow.
The temperature will be 1-6C at night, 8-13C in the afternoon,  while -2-7C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, +1-6C in the afternoon.

Weak and soft fluctuation of meteorological determinants is deemed to be suitable for meteosensitive people.
