Cloudy weather to be followed by rain

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that the weather is going to be changeable cloudy and chiefly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Mist is not excepted in some places at night and in the morning. Cloudiness is expected to increase in the evening followed by rain in some zones of the peninsula towards night. Soft southern wind will be substituted by north-western wind in the second half of the day.
The temperature will be +3-6C at night, +6-10C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , rainy weather is expected in some of the regions, while foothills and mountainous regions are going to have sleety, snowy day. It will be foggy in several areas. Interruptedly intensifying western wind will blow.
The temperature will be 1-6C at night, 7-12C in the afternoon, while up to +15C in several places, -1-6C in mountains at night, -3-8C at high mountainous regions, 2-7C in the afternoon.
