No precipitation, weather to be dry

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that changeable cloudy and chiefly rainless weather is going to be peculiar for today in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Mist is not excepted in some places in the morning and evening. Soft southern wind will blow and become stronger off and on.
The temperature will be +3-6C at night, +9-14C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , dry weather is expected in most of the regions. Night and morning will be foggy in several areas. Interruptedly intensifying southern wind will blow.
The temperature will be 1-6C at night, 10-15C in the afternoon, while 0-5C in mountains at night, -5-10C at high mountainous regions, 5-10C in the afternoon.

Some moeteosensitive people can feel inconvenient because of the considerable atmospheric decline in the next 2 days and the substitution of infrequently strengthening Gilavar wind with Khazri wind on Feb.16.
