Baku to have rainless weather

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs that Baku and Absheron peninsula are going to have variable nebulous, infrequently gloomy and mostly dry weather. Some places will face the mist in the morning and evening. Soft northern wind will be substituted with south-eastern wind in the afternoon.
The temperature will be +3-5C at night, +8-11C in the afternoon.

As for the regions of Azerbaijan , weather is forecasted to be rainless in the main. While some regions will have the mist and eastern regions haze at night and in the morning. Eastern wind will waft.
The temperature will be 0-5C at night, 7-12C in the afternoon, while -2-7C in mountains at night, -10-15C at high mountainous regions, 2-7C in the afternoon.
