It was Heydar Aliyev who vigorously backed Rudolph Ivanov`s innovative ideas of bringing the new generation of communication technologies, Russia`s influential newspaper - Vechernyaya Moskva writes.

Ivanov, a historian who mainly focused on Azerbaijan’s history, tells that it is very important for the scientist to be unbiased, relying only on real facts.

“Azerbaijan history, its deep cultural and political relations with Russia has encouraged me to write a novel based on hundreds of real documents”, he emphasized.

Ivanov`s novels are not read only by experts, but also loved by readers in Azerbaijan, where it is also supported by Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
