Azerbaijan,Afghanistan to coop in emergency situations sphere

Azerbaijan and Afghanistan have explored ways of developing, as the country`s Minister for Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov has met Afghanistan`s Deputy Foreign Minister Jawed Ludin.

Mr. Heydarov briefed Jawed Ludin on progress achieved in managing of the emergency situations sphere, as well as activity of structures of the Ministry.

He also stressed the importance of development of cooperation between the two countries` relevant bodies in managing of the emergency situations sphere.

Jawed Ludin, in turn, hailed Azerbaijan`s aid to Afghanistan, adding there were wide opportunities for cooperation between the two countries` relevant bodies.
