Spring-like warmth to be in Baku

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that excluding the mist in some places the main course of weather is going to be mutable cloudy and rainless in the main dominate in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Soft north-western wind will go after infrequently intensifying southern wind.
The temperature will be +2-7C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon.

While the weather is predicted to be chiefly dry, fog is not excepted in several areas.
Western wind will blow along with an intermittent strengthening.
The temperature will be from -1C to +4C at night, +11-16C in the afternoon, while -1-5 in the mountains , -8-13 in the highland areas, and +5-10C in the afternoon.

From February 5 to 7, considerable fluctuation of atmospheric pressure, substitution of Khazri and Gilavar winds can make some meteosensitive people feel inconvenient notwithstanding the comparative mild winter weather.
