New modern, comfortable trains to serve in Baku Metro

Baku metro plans to opt for trains of “Oka” brand manufactured by “Transmashholding” JSC.
 
Order for the trains is planned after their testing period (6 months) is over, Baku Metro says. In January, 5 new trains of 81-760/761 serial are released for testing in metro.
 
"Trains are modern and comfortable. Based on test works, it can be said that, they are most likely going to be purchased” Baku Metro reports..
 
 
New trains are equipped with climate control and air disinfection systems, as well as heating system for the cabin and driver.
