Two Azerbaijani institutions seal cooperation memorandum

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations have today signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Addressing the ceremony, rector of the Academy of Public Administration, academician Urkhan Alakbarov said that President Ilham Aliyev pays special attention to development of science and education and wide implementation of social innovations in Azerbaijan.

Inam Karimov, chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan noted the establishment of “ASAN” was a part of the reforms carried out in the country.
