Baku Boulevard starts virtual tours in 3D format

The Baku Boulevard today presented its virtual tours in 3D format (360 deg), the National Seaside Park Department (Baku Boulevard) under the Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan said.

Department’s deputy chief Nazim Majidov said that the virtual tour is available at www.baku3d.az
“3D format images were taken from a mini-helicopter," Majidov said. Director of website www.baku3d.az Khosrov Hasanbeyov said that the Department is the project customer, and the work cost AZN 21,000 for it.

"Our website has created a resonance among the Internet users, because in addition to the Baku Boulevard the site provides 3D-format historical and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan," he said.
According to Hasanbeyov, after the completion of filming in Baku in 3D format, the Company will provide for its visitors the objects in regions of the country.

"We plan to develop a virtual walk in 3D format on the State Flag Square, metro stations, objects which are not only in the center, but also in settlements of Baku, and even on some commercial facilities," Hasanbeyov underlined.
