When will Winter Boulevard be opened?- - PHOTO

Bulk of the work on construction of the so-called Winter Boulevard has been already done. The construction site covers area from the  Heydar Aliyev Palace to the  Fizuli Square.

The sources reported that two-storey underground car parking here is almost ready. The construction work entered the final phase. The park is planned to be commissioned in May.
